You can get free coins through crates or purchase them in the Store.

How many coins are equal to $1 USD?

200 coins = $1USD.

What can I use coins on?

Anything in the /cshop is purchasble with coins. This includes, crate keys, disguieses, trails, chat colors, monthly/event crates, glow colors, invisible item frames, hat perk, silk touch spawner perk, night vision perk, flight time, minions, chat tags, chunk collectors, glass breakers, and envoy flares.
