# Entity Clearing ### What is entity clearing? Entity clearing happens every 5 minutes and helps reduce the lag on the server by clearing any dropped items. ### What does it clear? Entity clearing will remove any non-name-tagged mobs, all items on the floor (with the exception of netherite armor/tools, shulkers, and nether stars \[minions]).
